Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Primavera Project Scheduler to support the FAA Planning & Requirements Group in Des Moines, WA. The role focuses on project scheduling, resource planning, and budget oversight with daily reporting and tool usage including Primavera and CWP.

Requires a BA+4+ years or MS+2+ years, Primavera expertise, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. On-site work in Des Moines, WA is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher with 4+ years of experience, or master's with 2+ years.
• Experience in scheduling, reconciliation, maintenance of project funds and preparing reports on a recurring basis.
• Demonstrated experience with Primavera.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Validate projects, schedules, and resources using Primavera and/or Corporate Work Plan (CWP).
• Generate Project Schedule Status and Resource Reports and ad hoc reports.
• Develop and update networks showing project interdependencies and resource requirements.
• Maintain the CWP Workbook for the FAA on ATCT projects.
• Monitor budget authorizations, financial commitments, and obligated costs for various projects.
• Track project status and prepare milestone reports, obligation reports, and cost status updates.
• Provide daily reconciliation using FAA databases such as Delphi, PRISM, and Primavera.
