The ideal candidate will understand how construction projects are built, including sequence planning, logistics, crew requirements, equipment, and field execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience and CPM scheduling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for complex construction projects.
• Lead planning sessions with PMs, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Analyze critical path, float, and schedule performance to drive recovery actions.
• Provide technical leadership to site schedulers and project teams.
• Ensure schedules align with estimates, crew needs, and execution plans.
• Prepare schedule narratives and progress reports for stakeholders.
