Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst with strong Primavera P6 scheduling to support an energy-focused capital program. You will own project schedules, baseline them, and keep them updated.

You will analyze the critical path, report status and risks to the project team, and coordinate with contractors to ensure alignment with permitting, land, survey and construction milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project scheduling and planning experience.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience developing, maintaining and baselining schedules.
• Strong CPM knowledge and delay impact analysis.
• Solid understanding of WBS, scope and cost estimates.
• Experience with baseline management, progress updates and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and approval of baseline schedules with the project team and manage baselines at each gate.
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for capital projects using the standard template and WBS.
• Run monthly progress updates and weekly during construction; revise forecasts and delays.
• Identify the critical path and work with the team on mitigation plans.
• Publish schedule reports: CPM, lookahead, milestones and schedule variance.
