Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, WBS, baseline management, and critical path analysis.
• Experience monitoring progress, delays, and recovery plans.
• Ability to review contractor schedules and communicate risks effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Analyze critical paths, variances, delays, and risks.
• Develop mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with controls standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to monitor progress.
• Prepare and publish schedule reports including critical path, milestones and lookahead reports.
• Provide regular schedule updates and communicate risks affecting completion.
