Job summary

PMA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler to lead all scheduling and schedule control for a major construction project on-site in the greater Indianapolis area. The role focuses on creating a highly detailed, cost- and resource-loaded master schedule and monitoring progress against baselines.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years’ Primavera P6 scheduling experience on large projects, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience on large construction projects preferred.
• PMP or PSP certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress against baselines, identify critical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts.
• Conduct what-if analysis, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.
• Perform routine site walks to validate project progress and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
