PMA is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler for an exclusive assignment on-site at our client's facility in the greater Indianapolis area. In this role, you willleadall aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project.The project schedule will be highly detailed and willlikely becost- and resource-loaded.
This is an on-site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Indianapolis, Indianaarea.
Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
Track progress against baseline schedules,identifycritical paths, and analyze variances, delays,andimpacts.
Conduct what-if analysis, time impactstudies, and recovery plan evaluations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.
Perform routinesitewalkstovalidateproject progress and ensurescheduleaccuracy.
Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
Minimum 7 years of related schedulingexperiencewith Oracle PrimaveraP6.
Experienceon large construction projects isstrongly preferred.
PMP or PSP certificationsa plus.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
ProficiencywithMicrosoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
