Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Interface with client reps to gather schedule updates.
• Assist with weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Analyze workload and resource requirements for projects.
• Plan workflow and lead times for project teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on status.
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into Master Schedule.
• Maintain schedule quality and accuracy of reflections.
