Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is helping a client recruit a Senior Project Scheduler for a large-scale hyperscale data center project. The role focuses on Primavera P6 expert scheduling, critical path analysis, and coordination with engineering and construction teams to keep schedules on track.

You will develop integrated CPM schedules, perform resource loading and forecasting, monitor progress, assess change impacts, and contribute to risk management and recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of scheduling experience in heavy industrial construction or EPC.
• Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refining, or other heavy industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and fabrication.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Primavera P6 Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build baseline schedules and manage critical path activities.
• Perform resource loading, leveling, and manpower forecasting.
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance.
• Evaluate schedule impacts from change orders and scope changes.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop recovery strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and "what-if" schedule scenarios.
• Support project closeout documentation and scheduling best practices.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
