Job summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions seeks a Project Scheduler for an Odessa, Texas Data Center project. You will plan and maintain master/discipline schedules, coordinate crews, and interface with the Client and management to keep milestones on track.

Ideal candidates have EPC project scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 and MS Office skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning and scheduling EPC industrial projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Ability to manage budgets and communicate with clients.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Draws up master/discipline schedules to meet forecasts.
• Updates client through client accepted/sponsored software.
• Analyzes specifications and determines resource requirements.
• Plans workflow for each craft and operation per client lead times.
• Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Confers with client and management to determine project status.
• Expedites operations to meet schedule and adapt to changes.
• Prepares production reports.
• May prepare material/tool lists and purchase orders.
