Job summary

LINX in Denver is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Scheduler to own and defend critical paths for hyperscale data center cabling installations. You will develop full schedules in Primavera P6, set tasks and milestones, and ensure alignment with the General Contractor master schedule.

You will track progress, coordinate manpower, and report schedule risks with corrective actions, partnering with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience in a commercial construction environment.
• Oracle Primavera P6 certification.
• Ability to build, maintain, and defend a critical path on an active construction project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with GC scheduling staff.
• Ability to train and supervise other team members on scheduling tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full project schedules in Primavera P6 for network cabling installation scope on hyperscale data center projects.
• Create tasks, milestones, and budgets within each project schedule.
• Identify predecessor and dependent activities across the schedule.
• Build and maintain the critical path for every active project, and flag when scope changes threaten it.
• Integrate LINX's schedule with the General Contractor's master schedule.
• Track and update project progress, including hours worked against scheduled tasks.
• Report on project performance and schedule risk with corrective action recommendations.
