Arista Recovery in Ohio seeks a Licensed Primary Therapist to lead counseling for patients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The role involves clinical monitoring, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care across nursing and operations teams.

You will conduct assessments, follow-up sessions, and timely documentation, while ensuring care aligns with professional standards. Experience in detox settings and strong communication are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed in the state of practice as Psychologist or Therapist/Social Worker or intern.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (psychology, human services, counseling).
• Minimum of two years' experience in mental health; substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Flexibility in work arrangements; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical monitoring and coordination of the program per state and standards.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Conduct follow-up therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans.
• Complete assessments for admission baseline and re-assessments as required.
• Prepare monthly reports reflecting performance and caseload status.
• Serve as mental health liaison between nursing and operations staff.
• Offer one-to-one interventions for clients with substance use and/or mental health needs.
• Ensure standards of care align with NCCHC/ACA or equivalent standards.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities and in-service education.
