Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Ohio licensure or working toward independent licensure (LPC/LPCC/LSW/LISW/LCD​C/LICDC).
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, case managers, and support staff.
• Educate clients and families about substance use disorders, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards in behavioral health care.
