Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across Pathlight and ERC sites in Bellevue and Seattle, WA. You will develop patient-specific treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery for adults, children, and adolescents.

Requirements include a graduate degree in psychology/counseling/social work and an active state license or in-state intern/associate licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed or in associate/intern phase per state requirements to practice individual therapy (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within multidisciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move from one task to the next with ease, flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Completes clinical paperwork for each patient on caseload (notes, wellness plan).
• Performs biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments.
• Creates individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
