Job summary

ERC Pathlight, a leading provider of eating disorder and mood disorders care, seeks a Primary Therapist in California. You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Independent mental health license in state to practice (required).
• Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team communication (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move between tasks with flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork per patient: treatment plans, progress notes, wellness and aftercare plans, discharge summaries.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training/guidance to less experienced clinicians (Primary Therapist I/II).
