Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist in Colorado to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children and adolescents, and to develop personalized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Requires graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related; full licensure or in associate/intern phase; strong collaboration and communication; prior therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed with appropriate state licensure board or in an associate/intern phase (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move from one task to the next with ease, flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Completes clinical paperwork for each patient on the caseload (progress notes, group notes, wellness plan).
• Conducts biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments.
• Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Creates treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed.
• Attends treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates (Primary Therapist I and II).
