Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of department staff.
• Provide development, mentoring, and performance coaching to staff.
• Plan day-to-day operations and ensure patient and staff safety and satisfaction.
• Drive department service standards and customer/patient satisfaction.
