CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our on-site team. This full-time, patient-facing role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors, with an emphasis on value-based care and coordinated, team-based services.

You’ll maintain medical records, manage complex conditions, and participate in on-call rotations while supporting growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Participation in TB screening program.
