Job summary

CenterWell in Burlington, North Carolina, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, on-site role. The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors, maintain precise medical records, and coordinate referrals with specialists under the Physician Lead.

Qualified candidates hold an MD/DO with an active NC license, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, and have at least 2 years in value-based or high-acuity

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in value-based care or managing high‑acuity geriatric patients.
Participation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
