Job summary

CenterWell University City in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, onsite role. You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors and collaborate with specialists.

The requirements include MD/DO, active NC license, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, and at least two years in value-based or high-acuity geriatric care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Participation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
