Humana'sConviva Senior Primary Care in Brandon, FL is seeking a compassionate primary care physician to join our outpatient, adult-and-geriatric focused team. You will deliver comprehensive care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and report to the area medical director.

This full-time role offers a team-based care model, generous time with patients, and a supportive culture. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation ranging per posted pay scale and

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Specialty training in family medicine, internal medicine, med-peds, or geriatrics.
• Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine.
• Two years' experience in managing chronic conditions
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida (or must obtain)
• DEA license or to obtain

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
