You will work onsite at Conviva Pine Island, report to the Associate Medical Director, and participate in a program emphasizing proactive, value-based care for elderly patients.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and Florida license to practice

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, age-appropriate primary care focused on seniors
• Maintain medical history and records; refer to specialists as needed
• Influence clinic strategy and decision-making on moderately to complex cases
• Deliver 40-hour work week with direct patient care and related duties
