Job summary

One Medical Seniors seeks Primary Care Physicians to join outpatient Charlotte, NC practices. You’ll partner with Medical Directors to deliver high-quality care in a value-based, team-based setting, with a focus on geriatric patients and integrated behavioral health.

Requirements include at least 2 years of primary care experience, NC licensure eligibility, board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, and strong communication skills for 1-on-1 and group settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively in 1-on-1 and group settings.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and leverage coaching and behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients in care.
• Utilize EHR to plan care and maximize impact on the population.
• Support a team-based practice with leadership that values input and work/life balance.
• Engage in ongoing practice innovation with Medical Directors.
• Willing to obtain additional licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
