Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Burlington, NC office as a full-time onsite role. You will report to the Physician Lead and provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors in a value-based model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in value-based care or managing high‑acuity geriatric patients.
• Participation in TB screening program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.

Skills

Board Certification in Family Medicine

Experience in value-based care

TB screening program participation

Education
