• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
• Experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Fluency in Medical Spanish preferred (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior primary care to patients with a focus on wellness and chronic disease management.
• Perform annual wellness checks, diagnostics, labs, and immunizations.
• Work schedule: 4×10 hour shifts or 5×8 hour shifts; no nights or weekend or hospital call.
