Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Senior Primary Care Physician for Mesquite Clinic in Nevada. You will join a team delivering comprehensive primary care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, testing and immunizations.

The role offers a base salary of $285,000 per year, a starting incentive of $75,000, relocation up to $20,000, and quality incentives starting at $30,000 per year. Work schedule is 40 hours weekly, with 36 patient-facing hours.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• See patients for annual wellness checks and manage chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory services.
• Administer immunizations and coordinate preventive care.
• Work 40 hours per week with 36 patient-facing hours at a new clinic.
