Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst to transform pricing, contract, and market data into actionable insights that shape commercial strategy. You will build dashboards, develop financial models, and partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support pricing planning.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and continuous process improvement to drive measurable business results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and processes related to sales, marketing, operations, and/or finance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, contract management, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics that support commercial decision-making and performance tracking.
• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing performance, revenue impact, contract outcomes, market trends, and business forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support annual pricing planning and align pricing strategies with financial objectives.
• Analyze customer, sales, contract, and pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
• Generate data-driven insights and present findings that support strategic decisions and business initiatives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across pricing, sales, and marketing operations.
