Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Strategic Enablement Analyst to translate pricing, contract, and market data into actionable insights that shape commercial strategy and performance. You will work across functions to improve processes and enable informed decisions that drive measurable results.

The role focuses on pricing reporting, financial modeling, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and processes related to sales, marketing, operations, and/or finance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, contract management, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, business performance metrics, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and analytics that support commercial decision-making and performance tracking.
• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing performance, revenue impact, contract outcomes, market trends, and business forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support annual pricing planning and align pricing strategies with financial objectives.
• Analyze customer, sales, contract, and pricing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
• Generate data-driven insights and present findings that support strategic decisions and business initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact for pricing-related requests, including pricing data, reporting, and analytical support across business functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across pricing, sales, and marketing operations.
• Create and maintain performance reporting tools, methodologies, and frameworks that enable effective tracking of pricing and business results.
