Stryker is seeking a pricing analyst to shape pricing strategies that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Distribution to ensure pricing programs are accurate, competitive, and effectively executed.

You will analyze pricing data, maintain databases, and communicate price changes across functions. This role emphasizes data-driven insights and collaboration to support revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of pricing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer pricing, contracts and sales data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure data is current across systems.
• Coordinate pricing communications and implement pricing updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing eligibility and contract details.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support rebate reconciliation and pricing validation for deadlines.
• Develop dashboards and presentations translating data into recommendations.
• Assist with inquiries on pricing, contracts, product mapping, and data corrections.
