bp is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead to develop and execute pricing strategies across TA’s retail, fleet and wholesale fuels businesses. You will connect market, customer, competitor, supply and financial insights to improve volume, margin and pricing execution at multiple levels.

The role accelerates integrated pricing through advanced tools, strong processes and performance management, partnering with pricing, sales, operations, supply, trading, finance, technology and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience required.
• Mid-to-senior experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles delivering gross-margin improvements.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with ability to translate market insight into actions.
• Experience developing or executing pricing strategy in competitive, high-volume or margin-sensitive businesses.
