Salesforce in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst with 8+ years of pricing and commercial strategy experience for complex professional services, including RFPs, proposals, and government contracts.

You will develop pricing models, lead senior management reviews, and partner with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Proposal Support to drive profitable growth, while applying AI-enabled tools to accelerate pricing analysis and decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in professional services pricing, strategy, revenue management, deal desk, financial analysis, proposal pricing, or related discipline.
• Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Experience supporting complex, high-value, strategic, and/or competitive customer deals and proposals.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop pricing strategies aligned with objectives, conditions, and profitability targets.
• Lead pricing reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
• Review RFPs and SOWs to develop compliant pricing.
• Create cost narratives and proposal content explaining assumptions.
• Design deal structures including discounts, bundles, and incentives.
• Build pricing dashboards and analytical models to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing and proposal processes.
