Allianz UK is hiring a Principal Pricing Optimisation Analyst to join the Broker Home team. This hybrid role can be based in offices in London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford or Leeds, offering a path to influence pricing strategy across the business.

You will lead price optimisation projects and act as a consultant to Pricing teams. You’ll develop and implement pricing models, mentor colleagues, and benefit from Allianz’s learning platforms to sharpen your technical edge and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance pricing with predictive models in Python or industry tools.
• Proficiency with data pipelines and analysis tools (Databricks, SQL, PySpark).
• Ability to review and sign-off data pipelines and models.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and UK regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of GLMs/GBMs and ML in insurance pricing.
• Experience with Willis Towers Watson Radar and best practices.
