Job summary

RS Group in the United States seeks a Pricing Manager to lead the Margin Management team across the Americas. You will own pricing strategy, governance, and performance tracking for millions of SKUs, balancing margin with competitive positioning.

You'll manage a team of Pricing Analysts and collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, IT, and Supply Chain to drive analytics-driven pricing, implement new capabilities, and scale pricing processes across a large catalog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5–8+ years in pricing, analytics, or commercial roles.
• 2–4+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with data-rich environments and large product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing team of 3 Analysts and 1 Pricing Tech Senior Analyst with clear priorities.
• Oversee pricing execution, including benchmarking, cost-plus, and supplier-guided updates.
• Ensure pricing accuracy across a large SKU catalog and online channels.
• Establish pricing governance, policies, and approvals.
• Partner with commercial, product, and supply chain to align pricing with strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows for scalability.
• Own pricing performance metrics including margin and price realization.
• Collaborate with Pricing Tech Analyst to prioritize system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for analytics improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
• Support escalation handling for high-impact pricing decisions.
