Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, DC, seeks a Pricing Senior Manager to lead day-to-day pricing operations and guide rate structures. You will work with partners and leadership to develop proposals, analyze financial data, and drive pricing innovations across the revenue cycle.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/financial analysis, including legal pricing, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and at least 4 years of supervisory experience. This position is on-site in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience, including substantial experience in legal pricing.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience with strong staff development.
• Project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee team members in pricing proposals and financial modeling.
• Analyze fee arrangements to improve client value, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with client operations and leadership on pricing negotiations and approvals.
• Review fee proposals and data as part of the approval process.
• Coordinate benchmarking, timelines, and stakeholder communications for rate strategy.
• Draft pricing language for RFPs and fee renegotiations.
• Partner with BD leadership to align pricing with client proposals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in pricing operations.
• Stay current on pricing trends and benchmarks to drive innovation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing pricing team.
