Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to build pricing models for its products. You will collaborate with GTM, Analytics, Engineering, and Finance to develop and test pricing strategies that balance value and revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and ownership to convert insights into actions. NYC-based with hybrid work and on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing, delivering and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise software industry (SaaS).
• Strong data modeling, analyses, statistics, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies.
• Experience in project management.
• Background in customer research and interview techniques.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (Gemini or Claude) for productivity and analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing models for Celonis products and solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead external research to gather voice of customer and market insights for pricing strategy decisions.
• Leverage internal data and collaborate with GTM and Operations to execute pricing strategy.
• Roll out pricing changes, create pricing assets, and configure CPQ/quoting tools.
• Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis.
