Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Title Operations Manager

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5, onsite 5 days a week.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in commercial fire systems. The Operations Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the office including; qualifying new project bids and proposals, managing multiple project managers and their teams, financial forecasting alongside P&L analysis, work in progress reporting and related financial duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in/with; work on large scale projects with budgets over $25 million, experience with new construction as well as reworks, oversight of 25+ person teams all within the commercial fire systems industry.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years fire industry experience
• Financial forecasting and reporting experience

Nice to have:

• Edwards EST 3 or 4 experience

Compensation:

$110,000-$140,000 per year annual salary.
