Job summary

Elevance Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead cost-volume efforts, pricing strategy for Federal contracts, and proposal planning. You will work with proposal managers to develop and edit proposals and oversee production activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of government procurement rules, data analysis, and experience guiding teams through Price-To-Win exercises; occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Finance, Business Management, or Marketing.
• 7+ years leading bid/cost proposals with 5+ years in leadership and government procurement.
• Residency in the United States for the past 3 of the last 5 years per CMS TDL 190275.

Responsibilities

• Guide pricing strategy for Federal contracts and cost narratives.
• Lead and participate in cost and pricing reviews with senior management.
• Coordinate data collection on costs, schedules and performance elements.
• Oversee price-to-win assessments and proposal production activities.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as needed.
