Job summary

Our client, a leading professional services organization, seeks a Senior Manager of Pricing Finance to guide strategy and execution across high-impact matters in Chicago. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design competitive, profitable pricing structures, develop advanced financial models, and drive pricing processes and approvals across the firm.

In this role you will lead a pricing finance team, oversee day-to-day workflows, and contribute to annual rate-setting and RFP pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years in financial analysis or pricing.
• 4+ years people management experience with direct reports.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data-driven stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing finance team and oversee day-to-day workflow.
• Build and review pricing proposals including hourly rates and AFAs.
• Develop financial models, benchmarking, and performance reporting.
• Advise senior stakeholders on pricing strategy and approvals.
• Support annual rate-setting and stakeholder coordination.
• Identify process improvements and automation; stay current on pricing trends.
