Northrop Grumman is seeking a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2 in Dulles, VA, to lead pricing professionals across diverse proposals and task orders. The onsite role emphasizes strategy, senior leadership reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive cost proposals for national and global missions.

The role requires SCI clearance at start, a strong background in FAR/DFAR, and experience with MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
• Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
• Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
• Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review
• Other duties as assigned
