Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA is seeking a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2 to lead a team of pricing professionals responsible for cost proposals, change proposals, and task/delivery orders across contract types. The role is 100% onsite with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
• Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
• Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
• Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review
• Other duties as assigned
