• Define monetisation, pricing and commercial strategy linking product strategy to value-based pricing.
• Lead research into customer value and market trends to test opportunities.
• Create monetisation options, model impact, and recommend a path forward.
• Own pricing roadmap and align with org-wide processes.
• Work with Sales and Deal Desk on strategic opportunities and terms.
• Measure impact and refine strategy based on outcomes.
• Build pricing capability by hiring and developing up to two team members.
