Job summary

International Motors, LLC in Lisle, IL seeks a Senior Product Engineer - Palantir / AI Lead (FDE) to accelerate the transformation of our data and AI-driven platforms. This role combines product thinking with deep technical expertise across Palantir Foundry, AI capabilities, and scalable software engineering.

You will lead multi-team efforts, own architecture, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across sales, onboarding, service, and lifecycle stages, with hybrid in-office and remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years IT/architecture experience or Master's with 5+ years and 2+ years lead experience.
• 3-5+ years building API-first, AI-enabled software in product-led teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and own design and system architecture for applications in Palantir Foundry and beyond.
• Lead design and development of scalable, reusable features and solutions.
• Write and review production code with ownership for data, apps, APIs, and AI behavior.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to engineering standards.
• Architect and deliver integrated solutions across the customer lifecycle in the commercial vehicle domain.
• Guide development using Foundry Foundry Foundry AI capabilities (AIP, LLMs).
• Mentor engineers and act as technical authority; drive production readiness and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering to align tech with business goals.
