Job summary

The Hartford Steam Boiler, a Munich Re subsidiary, seeks a highly visible pricing leader and people manager to drive results across US, CAN and UK for All Risk Property, EB, Energy products and niche lines. You will develop divisional pricing strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with Global Product, Corporate Underwriting and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related fields.
• 10+ years experience actuarial/analytic work in insurance/reinsurance, with demonstrated leadership.
• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy development and monitoring across US, CAN and UK for All Risk Property, EB and Energy lines.
• Provide technical leadership to Actuarial students and guide career development.
• Collaborate with Global Product, Global Corporate Underwriting and FP&A to align priorities.
