Job summary

Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Pricing Analyst IV to support the Pricing Department. The role requires detailed cost and price analysis, adherence to FAR/CAS/GAAP, and the ability to manage complex pricing proposals from RFP to submission.

You will develop competitive pricing scenarios, coordinate with program offices and subcontractors, maintain rate tables, and prepare compliant cost volumes. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pricing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or similar discipline.
• 8+ years related experience in pricing or proposal management.
• US Citizenship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment to respond to short-notice requests for data.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proposal development support; ensure compliance and collect data inputs.
• Analyze labor categories, rates and escalation trends to build pricing.
• Prepare pricing templates and coordinate with subcontractors per RFP requirements.
• Coordinate internal pricing reviews and maintain auditable pricing files.
• Track proposal workload, deadlines and archive final submissions.
