Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst IV to support the Pricing Department in preparing detailed pricing and cost volumes in compliance with FAR, CAS, GAAP, and company policies.

The role requires US citizenship, a business-related bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of pricing or proposal experience. Strong Excel/Word skills, data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience in pricing or proposal management.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or similar discipline.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment to respond to short-notice requests for data.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development Support: Review RFP/RFQ for compliance and data inputs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze labor categories, rates, and escalation trends to build pricing.
• Subcontractor Pricing Coordination: Prepare templates and instructions; negotiate with subcontractors.
• Internal Reviews: Coordinate pricing reviews and maintain version control.
• Administrative Tasks: Track proposal workload, deadlines, and archive submissions.
