Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Pricing Analyst IV to support the Pricing Department. The role requires detailed cost and price analysis, adherence to FAR/CAS/GAAP, and the ability to manage complex pricing proposals from RFP to submission.

You will develop competitive pricing scenarios, coordinate with program offices and subcontractors, maintain rate tables, and prepare compliant cost volumes. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pricing experience are required.

Candidate is responsible for preparing detailed pricing that is accurate, complaint, and competitive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company estimating policies. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized and self-starting. Should possess knowledge and capabilities to perform tasks related to pricing and cost/financial analysis. Should have full understanding of the pricing process from RFP to Proposal submission, support of Evaluation Notices (ENs) or Interchange Notices (INs) and Best and Final process. Experience in the development of price proposals for all Contract Types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.). Must be able to manage proposals and proposal managers with competing priority levels. Candidate possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel/Word skills to assist in preparation of full cost volumes and prepare pricing data calls to team members/subcontractors to include templates, data call instructions and communication to provide responses/guidance to questions independently. Proficiency in pivot tables, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, and other functions.
