Job summary

Dekko is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy, protect margins, and support profitable growth across standard and non-standard lines. You will combine pricing analysis, quoting support, and strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness.

The role collaborates with New Product Development to price new offerings balancing market competitiveness with margin targets. Fort Wayne-based position with growth opportunities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 4–7 years of pricing, margin analysis, or FP&A experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with CPQ or ERP pricing modules.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quantitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Manage commodity pricing agreements and monitor margin exposure.
• Lead low-cost margin analysis and quad/quartile pricing reviews.
• Support quoting activity for Solutions and P&D lines.
• Maintain pricing tables for standard and non-standard pricing.
• Manage pricing logic and updates in the CPQ system.
• Review AR issues including Whirlpool account management.
• Document price adjustments under SOX controls.
• Support pricing strategy and analysis for NPD projects.

Job description

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in driving pricing strategy, protecting margin, and supporting profitable growth across both standard and non-standard business lines. This role brings together pricing analysis, quoting support, and strong cross-functional partnership to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with business goals. The Senior Pricing Analyst also works closely with key account relationships and New Product Development to develop pricing for new offerings that balances market competitiveness with margin expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage commodity pricing agreements and monitor related margin exposure
• Perform low-cost margin analysis and lead quad/quartile pricing reviews
• Support quoting activity for Solutions and P&D business lines
• Maintain and administer pricing tables for standard and non-standard pricing
• Manage pricing logic and updates within the CPQ system
• Review and resolve AR issues, including Whirlpool account management
• Process and document price adjustments in accordance with SOX controls
• Support pricing strategy and analysis for New Product Development (NPD) projects

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 4–7 years of experience in pricing, margin analysis, or FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with CPQ or ERP pricing modules
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong quantitative reasoning

Preferred:

• Experience working with SOX-controlled pricing processes
• Exposure to key/strategic account pricing (e.g., large OEM accounts)
• Experience supporting new product launch pricing
