If you are ACAS or close to FCAS and enjoy solving complex pricing problems, you’ll help build out and grow our BOP product. You will analyze profitability by state and industry, support rate filings, develop dashboards, and partner with product management and leadership to drive timely, data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS, BA or higher degree.
• ACAS or pursuing FCAS.
• 4+ years of property-casualty commercial lines experience.
• BOP or GL/Property pricing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excel, Word, SQL; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and contribute to team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support profitability analysis and rate indications for BOP portfolio.
• Analyze results by state, industry, and other segments; provide actionable insights.
• Recommend rate changes to balance profitability and growth.
• Support rate filings and respond to regulatory objections.
• Communicate findings to Product and leadership to drive decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor BOP metrics.
• Monitor economic trends and competitive market dynamics for pricing.
