Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and store equipment across multiple locations.
• Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Create asset management databases tracking inventory, maintenance history, and performance metrics.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors and negotiate contracts.
