Job summary

Cobalt Refrigeration is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Manager in Lehi, UT to own and grow the PM program. This leadership role focuses on scheduling, technician coordination, and renewal management to prevent equipment failures in customer facilities.

You will build PM schedules, ensure on-time fulfillment, and drive improvements across the maintenance portfolio while maintaining strong customer relations and field credibility.

Qualifications

• Commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R background with equipment knowledge.
• Experience managing a maintenance program, a service department, or a technician team.
• Strong organizational skills and scheduling discipline.
• Comfortable with service software, reporting, and follow-up discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the preventative maintenance schedule across the customer base.
• Ensure every maintenance agreement is fulfilled on time and documented properly.
• Standardize PM checklists and task scope by equipment type.
• Turn PM findings into quoted repair work and follow them through to close.
