Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Growth & Development team seeks a Sr. Preventative Maintenance Program Manager to lead comprehensive maintenance programs across retail grocery operations.

You will design, implement, and manage maintenance across refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and store equipment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize uptime and safety. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and store equipment.
• Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs to maximize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Create asset management databases tracking inventory, maintenance history and performance.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors and oversee SLAs.
